Fees

A fee may be charged by First Credit in a number of circumstances. If we are arranging a re-mortgage a charge of €500 to €850 is standard. We may charge a fee for purchases depending on how difficult the case is to broker, but you will be advised of this in advance.

Where no fee has been charged and a loan offer issued fulfilling the clients requirements but the client decides not to take up the loan offer we can charge a fee of up to .5% of the loan amount.
